Admission is based upon application and interview. Once you have decided that Hosanna Preparatory is the right school, return the registration documentation and a non-refundable fee to secure a place for your child.

If your child is moving from another school we always encourage parents to seek the advice of their current school first.

Registration of new students for each academic year generally takes place during the months April to June (Monday-Friday ) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 1 p.m. A compulsory orientation session must be attended by all new students and parents before the academic term begins to ensure that they are equipped to function in their new environment.

Enrolment of students mid-term is dependent on our assessment of your child and the availability of space.

New students are required to make a deposit upon accepting a place in the school. This deposit is non-refundable and is put towards the first term's fees. 

• •   We are completely an independent school, registered with JISA. All fees are used to provide the 
      very best education for your children and to invest in their future.
  •   Payment Vouchers are issued to parents and guardians of students for the school fees which
      must be paid before school reopens. Fees can be paid using the payment voucher by cash at any
      branch of  Bank of Nova Scotia. Payments by Debit card may be made in the General Office at
      the school.
  •   If your voucher is not presented during the registration period, the space assigned to your child
      could be forfeited.
  •   The stamped School’s copy of the payment voucher must be presented at the office.
